Buildcraft fluid pipes not working

You could also just try taking the pipe off the pump and blow up the tube to check the airways are clear.. you will need help to block each nozzle in turn to check the other is working. If the pipes are clear and the filter is clean, then it simply has to be the pump.
Eventually, no fluid will be passing through the pipes because it will have dripped out onto the ground, and the engine will have nothing working to lower its temperature as it runs. Unfortunately, since your reservoir is made of plastic, it’s not terribly uncommon for it to develop a crack, especially if you’ve ever gotten into even a small accident.
